Main Living Areas:
The villa spans 810 square meters over four levels. The ground floor features a large, elegant living room with panoramic views, plush sofas, and traditional decor. There is a dedicated indoor dining room and library, as well as multiple relaxing spaces including an Ambalama lounge. A spiral staircase leads to the upper levels where bedrooms and a billiards table are located.

Bedrooms:
Each of the six double bedrooms is individually designed, blending traditional Sri Lankan charm with modern comfort. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature antique furniture, four-poster beds or custom-built king beds, ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans, wardrobes, safety boxes, and WiFi. Most rooms have French doors leading to private balconies with ocean and paddy views. Children’s beds are available on request.
