• Main Living Areas: The open-plan sitting and dining areas offer stunning views of Koggala Lake. The sitting room is air-conditioned for comfort.

  • 4 bedrooms are on the first floor of the main house, each with a private balcony that runs the length of the house. Each bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows that slide open, a 4-poster king-size bed, a writing table, and a built-in sofa that can be used for a child.
  • The 5th bedroom suite is in a standalone garden villa, which also contains a library and pool table.
• Pool and Outdoor Areas:
  • The large infinity pool is perfect for both swimming laps and relaxing.
  • The expansive deck area around the pool is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the view of the tropical garden and lake.
