Meal Plan

• Breakfast Included.
• Customized menus based on guest preferences, ensuring the freshest local produce is used for all dishes, including seafood, curd from local buffaloes, and herbs from the garden. Chefs are available from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm.
• Meals are to be ordered off our menus, either selecting from our A La Carte menu or customized menus tailored to the guests’ preferences. A per person rate will apply, per portion.
• Outside food is strictly not permitted on the property.
• There is a minimum F&B (excluding alcohol) spend of USD 100 per day. For bookings placed between November 1 to January 31, the minimum spend rate will be mandatory. This will be charged in full 90 days prior to arrival.

Main Living Areas:
Sielen Diva features expansive open-air living spaces with multiple lounging areas and a 14-seater dining table. There are multiple alfresco dining areas, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The villa also boasts a Sunset Terrace and BBQ setup, which can be arranged in the garden or on the beach.

Bedrooms:
The villa offers seven beautifully decorated bedrooms named after Sri Lankan animals. All rooms provide panoramic views of the Indian Ocean from floor-to-ceiling windows.

1. Yanai Suite (Ocean View | 55 sqm): Located on the first floor, this suite offers a king-sized bed, a seating area and a study desk. The bathroom features a rain shower and a free-standing bathtub.
2. Mayil (Ocean View | 30 sqm): A deluxe room located on the first floor with a queen-sized bed, a seating area, and a study desk. The bathroom includes a rain shower and a free-standing bathtub with ocean views.
3. Musikaya (Ocean View | 30 sqm): Another deluxe room on the first floor, featuring a queen-sized bed, seating area, and a study desk. The bathroom has a rain shower and a free-standing bathtub.
4. Mora (Ocean View | 43 sqm): Located on the corner of the first floor, this deluxe room offers a king-sized bed, seating area, and a study desk, with a bathroom featuring a rain shower and a free-standing bathtub.
5. Monara (Pool Level | Ocean View | 25 sqm): Situated on the ground floor, this deluxe room has direct pool access and features a king-sized bed, a seating area, and an open wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a rain shower, and the room offers an outdoor seating area.
6. Eli Kunji Suite (Garden Level | Ocean View | 52 sqm): Located on the garden beach lawn, this suite features a king-sized bed, a chaise lounge bed, a seating area, an open wardrobe, and a private deck chairs on the lawn with direct access to the garden and beach. The ensuite bathroom includes a rain shower, a free-standing bathtub, and ‘his and hers’ sinks.
7. Aliya Suite (Garden Level | Ocean View | 88 sqm): This suite is also located on the garden beach lawn, with direct access to the garden and beach and features a king-sized bed, a lounge bed, a chaise lounge bed, a separate seating area, dining area, and private deck chairs on the lawn. The bathroom includes ‘his and hers’ sinks, a rain shower, and a free-standing bathtub.

Registered Guests:
Sielen Diva is a resident-only villa, and only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless permission is granted by management. Any extra guests exceeding the booked occupancy will be asked to vacate or pay an additional guest charge.

Pets:
No pets are allowed on the property.

Infants and Toddlers:
Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (e.g., beach deck) using an ashtray. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and a cleaning fee of USD 500 per room will apply if smoking violations occur.

Valuables:
Personal safes are provided in each bedroom for guest valuables. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

Outdoor Activities:
Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including tea-tasting tours, whale watching, guided tours of local attractions like Galle Fort and the Yatagala Raja Maha Viharaya temple, and golf at the Eagles’ Catalina Golf Course.
