Designed by Channa Daswatte, a renowned Sri Lankan architect who collaborated with Geoffrey Bawa, Villa Ahasa and Villa Sulanga reflect a stylish two-story design inspired by colonial railway bungalows found in the North Western and North Central Provinces.

The villas are thoughtfully arranged around inviting communal outdoor spaces. A leafy entrance courtyard draws guests through open-air dining ambalamas towards the ocean. The spacious, air-conditioned living rooms—beautifully decorated with antique Chinese furniture sourced from Hong Kong, with the assistance of George Cooper—open onto covered verandahs overlooking the pools. These unique design elements create a serene and picturesque setting, perfect for spending peaceful days with loved ones.
