• Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms in total: 4 in the main house, designed around an inner courtyard, which is perfect for families with small children. One of the bedrooms in the main house is a bunk room with 4 beds. The fifth bedroom is in a standalone garden suite, offering additional privacy.
• Pool and Outdoor Areas: The house is set in terraced gardens. The first level houses the house, the second level contains the 8-meter swimming pool, and the third level leads to a private gate that opens directly onto the beach.
• Dining Spaces: There is a spacious indoor dining area on the verandah, where the dining table can seat up to 12 people. The open layout allows for easy flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces, ideal for family meals and gatherings.
• Special Features: The villa’s southerly views out to the sea make it an ideal family beach retreat. The location is close to a PADI Cuba school and an ocean sports center offering a variety of activities like surfing, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
