• Main Living Areas: The villa features a stunning hilltop location with the main living and dining pavilion at the top of the land. The open-plan kitchen is part of this space, and comfortable seating provides a lovely area to relax, enjoy the view over the pool and gardens, and escape the heat.
• Bedrooms: There are 5 master suites:
  • 1 suite is in a standalone pavilion with its own bathroom and bathtub.
  • 4 suites are located in a dedicated bedroom pavilion across the lake, all with en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds, air-conditioning, overhead fans, and large floor-to-ceiling doors leading to a shared terrace or balcony.
• Pool and Outdoor Areas: The 13-meter pool, which includes a kid-friendly seating area, offers wide views of the gardens and ocean. The private lake is a central feature of the property, providing hours of entertainment for kids and adults alike. The garden also features a slack line, trampoline, and a floodlit skate park for extra fun.
• Special Features: The villa is designed with modern and stylish architecture set within lush gardens. The hilltop location offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views, and the villa is conveniently located close to some of Sri Lanka’s best surf breaks, beach bars, and lively eateries.
