Main Living Areas:
The open-plan living area is designed for family and friends to enjoy their time together. The space includes a cable TV, soundbar, board games, and a small library, making it a great spot to unwind. The ten-seat teak dining table is perfect for long lunches and dinners, ideal for exploring Sri Lankan cuisine.

Bedrooms:

• Ocean Rooms: Three bedrooms with King-sized beds and air conditioning. All rooms offer wall-to-wall views of the Indian Ocean, including from their en-suites.
• Family Room: A room designed for families, furnished with a King-sized bed and two single beds. It is air-conditioned and offers a view of the lagoon and surrounding green countryside.

Ensuites:
Each bedroom has its own en-suite, with plush bath towels and shower amenities. Oxygen cosmetics, made from King coconut products with Ayurvedic properties, are provided to help guests relax and rejuvenate during their stay.

Pool and Outdoor Areas:
The villa features two outdoor areas. The beachside garden boasts a 40m swimming pool, furnished with deck chairs, a sun umbrella, an outdoor seating area, and a toilet for convenience. The front garden, highlighted by a giant Frangipani tree, offers garden furniture and is an ideal spot for an alfresco breakfast.

Dining Spaces:
The villa’s family-friendly restaurant specializes in American cuisine, and it is open for dinner and brunch. Guests can also enjoy outdoor meals with the beachside garden as a backdrop.

Special Features:
The villa is located just steps from Gurupokuna Beach and offers beautiful views of the Indian Ocean from most rooms. Guests can enjoy cycling in the area, with bike hire and car hire available. Relax in the garden, by the pool with a view, or in the shared lounge area.

• A security deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out, minus any deductions for damages to the villa.
