Boundary Villa

Upon arriving at Boundary Villa, you’ll be captivated by the lively tropical paddy fields, surrounded by coconut palms and the distant sound of a Buddhist temple. Peacocks, mongooses, and kingfishers are common sights, while water buffalo graze along the lush roadsides. Entering Boundary Villa, you’ll find a property set amidst these paddy fields, with daily fresh produce from the villa’s vegetable and herb garden. The villa’s unique curved design offers stunning views of the garden and pool from all rooms, created by two adjoining buildings.

The white colonnaded veranda showcases the property’s single-level design, featuring teak-framed windows for effective air conditioning and overhead fans for natural airflow. The veranda includes a soft three-seater sofa, a round table with wicker chairs, and a large dining table for 10–16 people. The sitting room is adorned with colorful art and matching cushions. Adjacent to it are a well-equipped kitchen and a marble-decked bathroom.

The cozy TV room has multi-cushioned sofas that can serve as beds for children. The first bedroom is spacious with teak floors, two single four-poster beds, and ample storage. It has an ensuite bathroom with twin basins. The second bedroom is a double suite with an elegant ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is another double, with a second twin bedroom nearby, both featuring small ensuite bathrooms. The master suite, featuring a king-sized four-poster bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, is the villa’s grandest room. All rooms have teak floors, air conditioning, overhead fans, mosquito nets, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Boundary Villa also features a yoga shala with 360-degree paddy field views, a T-shaped infinity pool using eco-friendly minerals, and a vegetable and herb garden for fresh daily meals. The villa is conveniently located near beaches, bars, restaurants, and the UNESCO World Heritage site Galle Fort. The dedicated staff includes a chef, villa manager, housekeeper, and security personnel.
